Return & Exchange Policy

I. 7-Day No-Reason Return Policy

You may apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the goods, provided one of the following conditions is met (based on the logistics receipt record):

The product itself has quality problems;
The product was damaged or broken during transportation;
The wrong product was sent, or the received product does not match the ordered model, specifications, style, etc., and the product is unused and does not affect resale.

II. Circumstances Where 7-Day No-Reason Returns Are Not Applicable

The following situations do not support 7-day no-reason returns. We apologize for the inconvenience:

Personalized customized products (customized according to your specific needs, lacking universal attributes);
The product has been used (electronic products are considered used once powered on and activated);
The product itself, functional components, or accessories show signs of wear, scratches, deformation, etc.;
The outer packaging is missing or severely damaged (excluding normal opening), rendering the product unsaleable;
The product is unsuitable for return due to its special nature, and you have explicitly confirmed at the time of purchase that the product does not support return;
The product is in poor condition due to other reasons, affecting resale.

III. Return Application Process

1. Return/Exchange for Personal Reasons
Within 7 days of receiving the goods, provided the goods are brand new, unused, and do not affect resale, you can send an email to the after-sales service center to apply. The after-sales service center will complete the review and processing of the application within 1-3 business days after receiving the email. You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for this return/exchange.

2. Return/Exchange for Quality Issues/Incorrect Shipment
Within 7 days of receiving the goods, you can send an email to service@mail.flarelattice.com to contact the after-sales service center. Customer service personnel will process your application within 1-3 business days after receiving the email. If the application meets the requirements, the shipping costs incurred for the return/exchange will be borne by our company.

3. Post-Return Instructions
Please contact the courier company to return the goods within 7 days of receiving them, following the instructions of the after-sales service center. After the courier company signs for the returned goods, it will synchronize the relevant information with our company. We will complete the refund process within 15 business days after confirming receipt of the returned goods and verifying that everything is correct.

When requesting a return, please provide the following information through our 24-hour online customer service for prompt processing: order number, your name, contact number, reason for return, and a description of the product's condition.
